The Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Administrative Fellowship Program is a paid position sponsored by Jeff Flaks, Hartford HealthCare CEO, and supported by Senior Executive Leadership.

Administrative Fellowship


Description

This project-based fellowship provides the opportunity to work with Senior Executive Leadership on assignments based on organizational need and the individual’s personal interests. The Fellow will gain system level exposure to human resources, quality, operations, performance excellence, planning and business development, marketing and finance.


Application Process

Applicants must graduate prior to the start of the fellowship (June, 2023). Eligible applicants are graduates of an accredited CAMHE or equivalent master’s degree program. We do not sponsor visas for this program.

Applications can be submitted online through the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). Applications will open June 9, 2022 and will be accepted through October 7, 2022. Offers will be extended on or before November 10, 2022.

    •    3rd letter can be personal, academic or professional

  • Unofficial Undergraduate Transcript

  • One-Page Statement of Purpose (interest in Hospital Administration, career objectives, reason for seeking an administrative fellowship, specific interest in Hartford HealthCare)
